Ingredients:
Nungu 2, milk 1cup, sapjaseeds 1/2 T.spon, Nanari Sarnath 4 T.Spon.
Procedure:
One glass of boiled chill milk in a mixer jar, add nannari Sharbat, 1 nungu crush well, now take one seving Glass, put chopped 1 nungu, soaked sapjaseeds than pour crushed milk in to it. Now you got yammmy & Tasty Nungu Milk Sarnath. Benefits : very good for summer makes our body cool and energetic.
