Recipe Name: Sangatti with mango koora enchina pulusu

Ingredients:
Raw rice 1cup Ragi flour 1cup Salt as required Water 5cups Ghee as required
Procedure:
In a heavy bottomed pan,add 5 cups of water and salt.Let it come to boil. Once it started boiling,add soaked rice ( soak it for 20 to 30 minutes).It should be cooked well and mushy. At this stage, add ragi flour and place wooden stick in the center. Keep the flame low and leave it undisturbed for 10 min.Then mix thoroughly without any lumps.mix well together for 5 minutes. It should not be sticky while touching ( touch your hand with water to check it is cooked or not).If it is cooked, it won't stick to your hand.Add little hot water if necessary. Once cooked add ghee and make balls.Serve hot with raw mango enchina pulusu, jaggery ,onion.... RAW MANGO ENCHINA PULUSU sliced raw mango Amaranth leaves Green chilly Onion Red chilly 1 Hing,mustard for tempering In a pan,add oil ,mustard and hing.Then saute with onions and chillies.Add sliced mango and Amaranth leaves .Required water and salt .Cover and cook well then smash till it becomes mushy.Add salt.It suits well for Sangatti.
