Recipe Name: Pesala kadigam with kolimichampalam dip ( This is Traditional tiffin Variety of Arya vysyas)

Ingredients:
Ingredients Moong dal - 100ml,Raw rice - 1tablespoon, shredded carrot,Salt required,Corriander leaves required,tiny coconut bits.
Procedure:
Procedure For batter - First take Moong Dal and Raw rice in a bowl soak it for half an hour,Then take a mixie add soaked rice,dal,salt and add little water in very small quantity.now mix the batter in mixer.The batter should be flaffy as appam batter consistency ( Which is shown in above picture),Then take the batter in bowl add shredded carrot, tiny coconut bits and Corriander leaves to it and mix the batter.Now the batter is ready. Take a kadai which is shown in picture and heat it.add some oil to it and start pouring the batter. Turnover using paniyaram stick (Shallow fry only).we can serve it as soft or crispy as per your choice.its optional.Now hot pesala kadigam is ready to serve with kolimichampalam dip(refer below) Kolimichampalam dip: salt- 1 spoon, chilli powder-1/2 spoon, Kolimichampalam- 2 spoon, dip is ready
