Recipe Name: Vegetable Kambu Idly

Ingredients:
Idly Rice - 1 cup, Raw Rice - 1 cup, Kambu(Bajra) - 1 cup, White Urad Dal - 1 cup, Rock Salt - 2 tbsp. Carrot - 4, Beans - 20, Green Chilli - 4, Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Procedure:
Soak Idly rice, Raw rice, Kambu, White urad dal separately for 5hours. Then grind urad dal separately and keep it aside. Grind Idly rice,Raw rice and Kambu one by one and mix this with urad dal and add rock salt grind the batter nicely. Ferment this batter for 10 hours. Chop Carrot, Beans, Green Chilli in the chopper. Once the batter is nicely fermented add Chopped Vegetable mixture into the batter and make Idlies and serve it hot with Onion Chutney and Coconut Chutney. Benefits of Kambu(Bajara): Kambu helps in improving hemoglobin level in blood and prevents anemia.
