Recipe Name: DASAVADHARAM OF KAMBU PINDI

Ingredients:
Idly rice - 1 cup Nattu kambu - 1 cup Urad dhal - 1 cup For kudum podi Oil, mustard , curry leaves Urad dhal, chana dhal Green chillies, varukai Onion and lemon.
Procedure:
Soak idly rice & nattu kambu for 3hrs.Soak urad dhall for 30mins. Grind the soaked rice & kambu mixture to slight coarse. Grind urad dhall & then add both the batters, mix with salt. Let it ferment for 8hrs.
Now make kudumu out of batter. Then make that Kudum to podi. Add oil & mustard to pan. Then add urad dall, Channa dall, curry leaves, green chilies, varukkai podi, chopped onion, saute till it turns golden brown. Now add kudum podi ,salt & mix. Squeeze lemon at last.
2. With same kudumu v can make SIYALI.
3.with same batter RUBINA MASAL IDLY can be served.
4.with same batter DOSA can be done.
5.with same batter v can prepare RUBINA MASAL DOSA
6.when added with onion & vegetables can be GUNTAPONGALAM.
7.Dosas can be transformed to PAPPUROTTAI
8.If batter added with red chilli powder, chopped onion & moringa leaves can be tasted as ADAI.
9.VEGETABLES & ONION OOTHAPAM is also an option.
10.Hot idlies moulded to SARSTHALU.
Korada for kudum podi.
Garlic chutney for idly, Dosa & Adai.
Sprouted green gram salad & masala butter milk along with this makes a healthy VYSYA TIFFIN.
Nattu kambu is coolant to our body & anti oxidant, taste it healthy.
