Ingredients:
Raw rice -1 cup Ildy rice - 1cup Urad dal - 1cup For tempering idly Ghee -1tbs Cashew-1tbs Curry leaves- 1tbs Black pepper -1tbs Dry ginger power -1tbs
Procedure:
Soak for 5 hours then grind the ildy batter keep 8 hours aside
Now mix all tempering ingredients in idly batter mix wel
Now pour the idly batter in the idly mould or tambler
Take 2.5 cup of water pour in cooker keep the idly stand in the cooker remove
Whistle and cover with t lid steam for 15 mins
Now kanchipuram idly is ready to serve
