Ingredients:
Parboiled rice,coconut,salt,mustard,urad dhal,Bengal gram dhal,Curry leaves,chilly, boilded split gram lentils,Tiger tanning, Milk,sugar.
Procedure:
Thenkaya pidichal:
Soak parboiled rice in hot water for 3 hours.Grind the soaked rice, coconut and salt.Boil the grinded mixture into idly.cut those idlies into small pieces.Take a pan add some mustard,urad dhal,Bengal gram,Curry leaves,chilly, boilded split gram lentils,tiger tanning and salt.After 2 minutes add the cutted idlies into it and mix well.
Milk Kolukatai:
Take a pan add half liter of milk.once the milk boils add 200gms of sugar in it.Mix it well.once it boils,add the grinded mixture into it in the form of balls.Add some mixture directly into it to get good texture.
