Ingredients:
Raw rice 1 cup Toot dhal - 1/2 cup Grated coconut - 1/4 cup Salt - to taste Oil -1tsp
Procedure:
1.wash rice and dhal ,dry it in a cloth for 1 hour
2 make it a coarse powder in a mixie separately.
3.mix both ingredients with 1:2 ratio (1 cup of dhal with 2 cup of rice) thoroughly.
4 .Take a pan add 2 cups of water for one cup of mixed rice.allow the water to boil at a high flame.once it bubbles add mixture slowly to avoid lumps .
5.Remove from stove mix well
6.Take a pressure cooker pour some water place the mixture pan into it and cook for 5 whistles.
7.Remove the whistles once gas releases transfer the rice mixture into another plate.
8.Let it cool completely.Make a small balls and flat like cutlet shape.
9.Heat a tawa in a stove ,pour some oil place the balls once it turns brown remove it and serve hot with spicy onion chutney.
