Recipe Name: Pullubhu appalu.

Ingredients:
Rice floure,tamarind ,turmeric salt,jaggery ,musturd, redchilly flakes,curryleaves,asofodita ,ududhaloil for fry.
Procedure:
1;Take a kadai ,two teaspoon of oil ,musturd seeds,asafodita and curry leaves allow to to sprikle. 2; add tamarind water small piece of jaggery and salt. 3; allow to boil,,after pour the rice flour in it,allow to cook for ten minutes only. 4; then mix the mixture gently without lumbs. 5;bring it to warm temperature, make a small balls dumb it finely and finally soft fried the appam carefully. 6; now the deligiuos vysyalu pullubhu appam ready to serve. 7; usally we do this recipe on ugathy pandaga,my neighbour's like our recipes verymuch, we share and enjoy the ceremony.....
