Ingredients:
Raw rice-1cup,Moongdal-1/4cup,shredded coconut -1/4cup,mustard, urad dal,cashew,green chilli,red chilli ,curry leaves hing, salt,lemon.
Procedure:
Soak rice and grind smoothly. Take some grind batter and dilute it with a cup of water.Boil for two minutes. Mix it to the batter to get soft dosa.Make dosa.cut dosa into pieces.
Cook moong dal untill soft. Heat pan add ghee,oil temper with mustard urad dal,cashew chilli, hing curry leaves,salt .Now add moongdal coconut mix well. Add dosa pieces .mix well to combine .Toss with lemon juice .Enjoy
