Recipe Name: Rava Adai & Onion Miriyam

Ingredients:
Rava - 2 Cup, Milk - 2 Cup, Water - 2 Cup ( as equal amount of milk ), Grated Coconut, Salt ( as required)
Procedure:
1. Slightly roast the Rava. 2. Boil the Milk and let it to cool. 3. Grate the coconut. 4. Mix equal quantity of water and milk then soak the Rava and coconut in it. 5. After 3 hours add required salt. 6. Making with moderately thick batter, but of spreadable consistency yield crispy rava Ada. 7. Serve the hot Ada with Ghee and fried onion chutney. Thank you!
