Ingredients:
Edli rice 1cup, Red pumpkin cut into pieces 1 cup, Red chillies 4, Tamarind, Salt
Procedure:
Boil red pumpkin pieces Soak edli rice in light warm water for 3 hrs After 3 hrs grind red pumpkin, red chillies, tamarind, salt as per red chillies ratio Now grind edli rice coarsely so that adai will be crispy in this add grinded paste. Add some salt in the batter Next day we should use the batter Batter should not be watery it should be thick so that we can shallow fry and it gives crispyness. Heat a adai pan now take a small portion of this batter and shallow fry. Now adai ready. Serve with butter or palm sugar or any spicy tokku. Red pumpkin is very healthy improves digestion.
