Recipe Name: Curry Leaves Dosa

Ingredients:
Curry leaves - 1 cup Idli rice - 1 cup Toor dal - 2 table spoon Salt - as per taste
Procedure:
1.Soak rice and dal for 3 hours 2. Wash curry leaves 3. In a mixie jar, add rice, dal, curry leaves & salt. 4. Grind altogether by adding little water. 5. After grinding, keep batter for 4 hours for fermentation. 6. Now curry leaves batter is ready. 7. Pour batter in dosa pan roastly & enjoy it with kaara chutney.
