Recipe Name: Pappurotta

Ingredients:
2 cups raw rice. Pudina thalimpu - pudina , grated coconut, green chillies , tamarind , salt. Sweet thalimpu - sugar , grated coconut & milk , elachi powder and cashews.
Procedure:
1) soak the raw rice & grind it in grinder , add salt , add the remaining water and boil it. Make Rava Dosa consistency and make dosas and cut it into small pieces. 2)Make thalimpu as you wish Pudina Thalimpu - take all ingredients and grind in to fine paste , take one kadai and put oil , add mustard seeds , curryleaves then add the paste and saute well. Add pappurotta in to it and stir for few minutes. Sweet thalimpu - Take plain pappurotta , add grated coconut , sugar , milk(few drops) mix it well and let it be for 5 minutes. Take thava add ghee , fry cashews then add the pappurotta.
