Recipe Name: Panner Burji janthikalu

Ingredients:
For janthikalu Idli Rice - 1 cup, Salt Panner Burji Panner - 500 GMs Onion - 2 Green chilly - 2 Tomato - 2 Coriander, curry leaves Turmeric powder Chilly powder Salt Oil Mustard seeds Urud dhal Jeera
Procedure:
For janthikalu Soak rice for 4 hours, grind into paste and boil as idlis. Place in janthikalu pitta and prepare plain janthikalu For panner Burji In a pan, pour little oil, after oil get heated, put mustard seeds, urud dhal, jheera, onion, tomato, curry leaves fry well, add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt mix well add grated panner to it. Mix gently. Add prepared janthikalu to this mixture. Decorate with coriander leaves.
