Recipe Name: Pepper Tumbler Idly

Ingredients:
Idly rice, ordinary rice, Urad dal, salt, curd, oil, ghee, baking soda, pepper, jeera
Procedure:
Soak idly rice, ordinary rice ,urad dal one cup each for 3 hours and grind them. Once grinded add one spoon of salt and 3 to 4 spoons of curd. After 6 to 7 hrs add grated coconut, three spoons of oil and a pinch of baking soda. Then grind one tea spoon of pepper and one tea spoon of jeera in a mixie . Add the grinded Pepper and jeera in the wet mix. After an hour take tumblers with ghee applied inside and pour the wet mix. Steam the wet mix ( Steaming time - the time for steaming plain idly + 10 mins). Tumbler idly ready.
