Ingredients:
1 cup idly rice 1/2 cup toor dal 1/4 cup channa dal 1 tbsp moong dal 6 red chilli 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp cumin Salt as required Hot water as required
Procedure:
π Rinse with water and dry the raw materials - raw rice, toor dal, channa dal, moong dal.
π In a mixer, add all the Ingredients and blend it to coarse powder (like rava).
π Transfer the ground powder to bowl, add boiling water to it.
π Leave it for an hour, again add little water to it dosa Consistency.
πServe the Adai with Curd.
