Recipe Name: Rava idly

Ingredients:
Oil-2tbsp,mustard seeds-1/2 tsp,urad dal -1/2 tsp,gram dal-1/2tsp,chopped onions,curry leaves,coriander leaves,white rava-1cup,yogurt-1cup,water-2tbsp,salt-req amnt,chilly paste,baking soda- A pinch,grated carrot,tomato,cashews.
Procedure:
1.Take a Kadai,regulate the flame to medium. 2.Add Oil,mustard seeds,urad dal,chopped onion,curry leaves,chilly paste and fry until the onion turns golden. 3.Quickly add rava and salt then mix well until the rava turns crunchy, but do not brown the rava. 4.Set this aside and coll completely. 5.Then add yogurt and water,mix well until we get like an idly batter consistency and keep aside for 10 mins. 6.Add a pinch of soda in it and mix well. 7.Grease the idly plates and place the grated carrot,tomato and cashews in each moulds,then transfer the batter to moulds. 8.Place it in the steam with the medium flame for 15 mins. 9.After it gets warm,serve it with the coconut chutney.
