Recipe Name: Sabbiyyam kudumu

Ingredients:
Raw rice 3cup, sabbiyam1cup, curd 1cup,salt,5green chilli, curry leaves, pepper 1/2sp,kalikkai,mavadi Kommu little, mustard seeds, oil
Procedure:
Soak rice for 1/2 hour and dry it by putting in towel. After drying put in mixie and grind as rava without adding water. Soak the sabbiyam in curd separately.Then in a vessel add grinded rice ,soaked sabbiyam, salt ,green chilli, pepper, kalikkai, mavadi kommu,curry leaves, together as idli batter by adding little water and keep it aside for 8hours. After 8 hours temper in oil the mustard seeds and pour it in the batter. Check the consistency once again. It should be as idly batter. Check the salt and pour it in idly plate and steam it.SABBIYAM IDLY is ready. Coconut chutney is side dish. You can add kalikkai, mavadi kommu more or less according to your taste. Idly will be soft and yummy.
