Ingredients:
Moong dall ( 1 Tumbler), Rice flour ( 1 Tumbler), Green chilli ( 8 pieces), Curry leaves, Oil, Lemon juice, Salt, Mustard( 1 teaspoon), Chenna dall ( Kalla paruppu)(1 teaspoon), Ulundu dall(1 teaspoon), And all the things which are required for preparing onion chutney.....
Procedure:
First of all grind the moong dall, then
Prepare the idly and then crush the idly and then take one pan and pour the oil into it and then add ulundu dall, chenna dall, curry leaves, green chilli into the pan and fry it and then add the smashed idly and mix it well. Add a little amount of salt and lemon juice and mix it well. Then make it them into little little balls.
For 1 tumbler rice flour take 1 tumbler of hot water. Put the rice flour into the hot water and mix it well (like kozhu kattai maavu).
Then make it like kozhu katti maavu and insert the above mentioned little balls into it and close it.
Then take frying pan and put onion chutney and above mentioned closed balls(ie Kozhi muttai)
Now your tasty Kozhi muttai panniyaram is ready...
