Recipe Name: Onion Sabudana and Dhal Sabudana Upma

Ingredients:
Oil- 3Tbsp Mustard seeds-1Tsp Urad dal- 1Tsp Bengal gram dal-1Tsp Green Chilly- 6 Curry leaves 2 sticks Sabudana(Sago) - 1cup Moong dal -1 cup Onion- 2 (as req) Water-1n1/2 cup Curd -1 cup Coriander- req amnt Salt- Req amnt.
Procedure:
1. Add some water with Sabudana,gently rub with your fingers well and drain the water completely.
2.Then shift it to a bowl, Soal the sabudana in curd and water then keep aside for 6-7 hrs.
3.In the medium flame boil the moong dal for 10 mins and then filter it.
4.Take a kadai, regulate the flame to medium.
5.Add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, gram dal, green chilly, curry leaves, and fry it for a while.
6.Now add sabudana to it and mix together until it turns to a glassy look, then add the required salt and moong dal and mix it well for a while.
7.Finally add some coriander leaves and then it can be served with the side side (Oota Kommulo) or Mango pickle..etc,..
8.Same procedure is done for onion sabudana upma,instead of using moong dal,onion is used here.
Benefits:
Sabudana is rich in vitamin B6 and folate also it keeps your blood pressure low and controlled.
