Ingredients:
Rice flour- 1 cup, Water - 2 cups, Salt, Ponnanganni keerai- 1 cup, White channa - 1 cup, Green chillies - 2 or 3, Ginger- small piece, Side dish: Mandhu pulusu, Tamarind- orange size, Salt, Jaggery - 2 tablespoon, Bengal gram dhal- 1 tablespoon, Urud dhal- 1 tablespoon, Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon, Jeera- 1 teaspoon , Pepper- 1 teaspoon, Red chillies - 5 or 6, Peeled garlic - 25 to 30, Chukku - 11/2tablespoon, chittarathai - 1 tablespoon, Nilavembu powder- 1 tablespoon, vadanarayana patta,- 1 tablespoon, amukkarang kizhangu,- 1tablespoon, parangi chakka - 1 tablespoon, kandathipili - 1 tablespoon
Procedure:
Ponnanganni keerai with white channa stuffed rice flour rotta:
Take rice flour 1cup ..water 2 cup.. put a kadai in a gas stove ..heat it then pour 2 spoon of groundnut oil then put chopped ponnanganni keerai...then pour water ..add salt..close it with a lid..after boiled add rice flour..close the lid with 10 minutes...put the gas stove in sim..then mix it well..then do it as small balls..for stuffing..boiled channa ,ginger small piece..green chillies..add salt and grind it in mixi take it in a bowl...take a small ball and stuff it inside of rice flour and spread it in a plaintain leaf with applying oil..then put it in a heated dosa tawa ..roasted it..then yummy stuffed rice flour rotta will be ready...
Side dish..
Mandhu pulusu ...
Tamarind paste..(orange size),salt ,jaggery..soak it in water..take bengal gram 1 tablespoon..urud dhal 1 tablespoon..coriander seeds,jeera,pepper,(1tea spoon),red chillies as your wish..roasted all and powder it..put it seperately..
Then take sukku,chittarathai, vadanarayana patta, amukkarang kizhangu,parangi chakka ,nila vembu,kandathipili take it as few or 1 tablespoon.. roasted it seperately and dry it as powder ..if you want you can buy it as powder...put a kadai in stove add gingelly oil heat it well..add vadavam few..put 1 cup of peeled garlic fry it well.. add tamarind water ..boiled it then add that roasted powder..put the stove in sim ...oil will be came up above the pulusu....then yummy mandhu pulusu ready..apt and healthy parambariya side dish and rotta will be ready...
