Recipe Name: Sojjai with udiupu thokku

Ingredients:
Sojjai : Pacharisi -1 cup, Thuvaram parupu - 1/4 cup, cocunut grated -1/4 cup, Cumin seeds - 1 spoon, Red chilli - 2 , urad dhal - 1/2 spoon, kadalai parupu - 1/2 spoon, curry leaves, oil and ghee Udippu thokku : Urad dhal - 4 table spoon, kadalai parupu - 3 table spoon, red chiili - 4 , salt, tamarind - small quantity, coconut grated - small quantity , asafoetida - pinch
Procedure:
For making sojjai : 1. Wash the rice and dry it for sometime and grind the rice and thuvaram parupu like rava texture. 2. Keep the lengthy vessel in the stove, put oil and ghee, add cumin seeds, urad dhal, kadalai parupu, red chilli, curry leaves. Add 3 times of water and add salt and grated cocunut. Let them boil well and add the grinded rice and dhal (in the first step). And mix well and off the stove. 3. Transfer that vessel in to the cooker and allow till 3 visil sound. Udhippu thokku : Add all ingredients in the pan and fry it (mentioned above in the ingredients column)... Then mix it in the mixer grinder..
