Recipe Name: Moongdhal Halwa

Ingredients:
Moongdhal. 1 cup, Badam. 10-15 nos, Ghee. 100gms, Milk. 1 cup
Procedure:
I cup moong dhal nicely wash and drain d water in filter Then dry kadai fry moong dhal without oil or ghee Add badam 10-12 pieces fry along with dhal Make it cool and put it in mixie and powder it Take a kadai 3 tblspn of ghee, heat it and pour this powder and mix well with d ghee . Than add one cup milk and little water to the mix. Mix well and finally add sugar 11/2 cup and mix well. Keep d stove in sim and mix well. Fry cashews in ghee and pour it in the halwa. It will be nice to have with ice cream
