Ingredients:
Green gram- 1 cup,ginger,cumin seeds,green chilli- 3,ghee or oil,onion,salt to taste
Procedure:
Wash green gram several times in water and soak that about 5 to 6 hours,drain the water and rinse that,then add green gram,chilli,ginger,cumin seeds,required salt and blend them in a jar add required amount of water to make a batter thick and blend them again to get a smooth batter
Then grece some oil on a pan in medium flame,pour tha batter on it and add some oil to it thn add onions let that cook for few minutes and then flip another side and let it cook thn finally add white rava upma(optional),then fold it and remove from pan and can serve with hot and spicy allam chutney and coconut chutney.
