Ingredients:
Ingredients for white chapathi:water-11/2 cup,oil-1 spoon,salt-1 spoon,rice flour-1 cup. Ingredients for veg kuruma:oil-1 cup,mustard seeds,curry leaves-10,hing-pinch,onion-1,tomato-4,carrot-2,peans-15,capsicum-1,peas-1 cup,potato-1,coconut-1;cup,cumin seeds- 1spoon,coriander seeds- 11/2spoon,red chilly-5,turmeric-1/4 spoon,hing-1/4 spoon,jaggery,lemon,salt
Procedure:
Procedure for white chapathi:#boil-11/2 cup of water in a pan#add a pinch of salt and oil to it#close the pan and bring the water to boil #add a cup of rice flour to it and stir well to a dough consistency#neet the dough and make chapathi.
Procedure of veg kuruma:#take a cooker and add oil to it.once the oil is hot add mustard seeds,Curry leaves,hing#add finely chopped onion,tomato to it and stir well#add chopped carrot,beans,potato,capsicum, to it and stir well#add little water and allow it to cook for 3 whistle#in a mixer jar,add coconut,besan,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,red chilly,Hing and grind well to make a paste.add little water to make paste.#add the paste to cooker and cook well stir well#finally add salt to taste and also add coriander leaves,jaggery,lemon juice#stir well for 5 min#yummy veg kuruma is ready
