Procedure:
TAKE RAW RICE , THOOR DAL , BENGAL GRAM AND GRIND IN TO POWDER ( GRIND IN MACHINE OR MIXEE )

NOW TAKE THE REQUIRED QUANTITY OF INSTANT CHEKKU DOSA POWDER AND SOAK IT IN CURD ( PULLA PERGU) AND SOAK MOONGDAL AND GRAM DAL IN BATTER AND SEASON WITH MUSTARD, CUMIN SEEDS, CURRY LEAVE AND A CHILLI .
