Procedure:
TAKE RAW RICE , THOOR DAL , BENGAL GRAM AND GRIND IN TO POWDER ( GRIND IN MACHINE OR MIXEE ) ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ NOW OUR INSTANT CHEKKU DOSA POWDER IS READY 😊 ( INSTANT DOSA POWDER CAN BE STORED FOR 3 MONTHS ) ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ NOW TAKE THE REQUIRED QUANTITY OF INSTANT CHEKKU DOSA POWDER AND SOAK IT IN CURD ( PULLA PERGU) AND SOAK MOONGDAL AND GRAM DAL IN BATTER AND SEASON WITH MUSTARD, CUMIN SEEDS, CURRY LEAVE AND A CHILLI .
