Ingredients:
Ragi flour 1 cup 3 cups of water Boiled and smashed rice 1/2 cup Groundnut Oil 2 tea spoons Salt as per taste
Procedure:
Boil 3 cups of water in a pan and add salt and oil with it, once it is boiled nicely add the boiled and smashed rice and stir it well without lumps. Now pour the ragi flour in the centre of the pan and leave it undisturbed at low flame for about 15 minutes. After 15minutes put a deep cut in the centre of the ragi flour and close it with a lid in low flame for about 10 minutes.. switch off the stove and stir it well without lumps, and your yummy, healthy and tasty sangatti is ready. To make balls, take a round bottomed vessel and apply ghee on it.. add 2spatulla of sangatti in the vessel and rotate it in circular motion your appitizing sangatti balls are ready to serve and eat with jaggery and ghee, dhall, spinach etc .. 🤤😍
