Ingredients:
Ingredients for Billa Kudumu: Oil - 1 tsp, Raw rice - 1 cup, Moong dal - 1 tsp, Jeera - 1/2 tsp, Grated coconut - 3 tsp, Water - 3 cups, and Salt - as required Ingredients for Kharam Chutney: Oil - 2 tsp, Urad dal- 2 tsp, Chenna dal - 2 tsp, Red chillies - 2 to 3, Tamarind - small piece, Salt - as required, Jaggery - small piece, Coconut - 1/4 cup grated, Hing- a pinch, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp. Ingredients for Sweet Billa Kudumu: Steamed billa kudumu, Jaggery, and Ghee - as required

Billa Kudumu:
Procedure
1. Take 1 cup of raw rice, wash and drain it.
2. To the heating pan, add washed rice and fry it until it turns to slight brown in color(absorbs all water).
3. Switch off the flame, cool it and grind it into rava consistency.
4. In a pan, add 3 cups of water, soaked(1/2 an hr) moong dal, grated coconut, jeera, salt, oil, boil it well.
5. When it started to boil, add powdered rice slowly (so that it won't form any lumps) and stir it well for about 5 to 10 minutes till it becomes upma consistency and switch off d flame.
6. Once it cools down, make into medium size balls(with wet hands) and make the rounds little flat by pressing it once.
7. Steam it for about 10 to 15 minutes.
8. Hot hot Billa Kudumu is ready to serveš¤¤š¤¤
Kharam Chutney:
Procedure
1. To the pan, add oil, urad dal, chenna dal, red chillies, tamarind fry it well n allow it to cool down.
2. To the mixie, add all the fried ingredients along with coconut and salt and grind into fine paste.
3. For tadka: In a pan, add oil, hing, mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
4. Pour this tadka into the chutney and mix it well.
Sweet Billa Kudumu:
Procedure
1.To the steamed and cooled Kudumu, add powdered jaggery, and ghee.
2. Mix it well.
3. Yummy yummy Sweet Billa Kudumu is ready to serve (add 1tsp of ghee on top for extra taste).
