Recipe Name: Kambu annam and koozh

Ingredients:
BrokenKamburice,ghee,salt, buttermilk,chopped shallots,gratedcarrots,cutmango pieces,friedcurd chilli,driedclusterbeans
Procedure:
Boil 4 cups of water. Add ghee and salt to taste. While boiling, add broken kambu rice to it. Cook until thicken. Transfer to oil applied vessel and pressure cook as like rice. Serve with drumstick pulusu for great taste. Kambu koozh: Soak the leftover kambu rice in water overnight. Add buttermilk, salt, cut mango pieces, grated carrot, chopped onions. Serve with shallow fried curd chilly or dried cluster beans.
