Ingredients:
Rice,lentil,salt,coconut,green chilli,onion,asafetida,oil,water, mustard ,Thor dhal,curry leaves,red chilli
Procedure:
First we need to grind rice and lentil and then we have pour the grinded mixture in boiling water,and salt to taste.after it has tightened leave it aside and make it them in the shape of cutlet.Keep pan on the stove add oil on the pan and keep the bilaa on it,keep toasting until it gets golden brown ,for chutney ,add coconut, salt,onion,green chilli, asafetida and grind it to a fine paste and pour oil on separate pan and add mustard,Thor dhal,red chilli and curry leaves and add it in chutney and your dish is ready to taste
