Ingredients:
Idli rice -1/2cup, black Urad Dhall-1/4 cup, grated ginger-1 tablespoon, cumin -1tablespoon, peppercorn-1tablespoon, salt-as per taste, hing.
Procedure:
Soak rice and black urad Dhall for 4 hours after that drain the water and make it a batter similar like idly batter and then mix the mentioned spices and keep aside for fermentation after that take a small tumbler grease it with ghee and fill 3/4th of the tumbler with batter and steam it for 20 minutes. remove the kaddubbu from tumbler and serve hot and tasty kaddubbu with spicy podi and onion Chutney.Enjoy the very healthy food ...
