Recipe Name: Sweet Millets Pappurottai

Ingredients:
For Pappurottai: Kodo Millet - 1.5 cups Thinai millet - Half cup Avul (Rice flakes) - 1 cup Suji ( Rava) - Quarter Cup Coconut - Half cup For seasoning: 6 tablespoon - Ghee Cashew broken - 20 Sugar - 2 cups Elachi powder

Method :
First Soak the millets , Rava, Rice flakes for 4 hours. Now grind it with 1tsp salt and Half cup Coconut to a smooth paste. Leave the batter to rest for 1 hour. Make dosa like rava dosa and cut to small pieces.
Add 1 cup sugar to cut dosas and rest for 30 mins.
Now to a pan add ghee, cashews and Fry. Now add rest of the sugar and quarter glass water. Once it starts boiling add 4tbsp coconut. After 30 seconds, add the soaked dosas, elachi powder and mix well. Sweet Pappurottai is ready.
