Recipe Name: THALIGALU PARAMANAM and BILLAKUDUM with URAD DHAL CHUTNEY(OORUPINDI)

Ingredients:
Thaligalu para manam:Parboiled rice,coconut,jaggery,elachipowder. Billa kudum :Raw rice ,coconut, Bengal gram dhal,Moong dhal,salt. Urad dhal chutney:urad dhal,coconut,r ed chillies,small piece of tamarind,asafoetida. Seasoning:mustard seeds ,curry leaves.
Procedure:
THALIGALU PARAMANAM:Grind soaked parboiled rice with coconut,grind coarsely without adding water.wash this grinder with little amount water,keep aside.press it like kurukku,steam it thaligalu for 10 mins.In a pan boil water add jaggery and elachi.While the water boil add the boiled thaligalu at the end,atlast add water previously kept aside,so that it gets thickness. BILLA KUDUM:Grind soaked Rawrice coarsely with better than suji.In a pan boil water add ghee and salt.Then add grated coconut and ground rice when the water boils,this mixture becomes thicker.add soaked Bengal gram dhal and moong dhal.switch off th stove,make this mixture into small balls like idli,while it is hot.Give a steam for 12 mins to make an idlis.serve with urad dhal chutney(OORUPINDI). URAD DHAL CHUTNEY(OORUPINDI):Roast above all the ingredients with 2Tesp of oil.In room temperature,grind into coarsely add salt,water until desire consistancy is achieved.season it with mustard seeds with curry leaves.All season and easily digestive foods.
