Ingredients:
Raw rice-1 cup,water-2 cup,salt -to taste ,oil-1tsp Stuffing1:carrot,beans,cabbage,capsicum each 1/4 cup,g.chillies-4,ginger 1 inch,(finely chopped),salt,lemon juice -1tsp,oil-2tsp,coriander leaves Stuffing2:greated coconut -1 cup,sugar-1/2 cup,cardamom power- 1/4 tsp,roasted cashew -5
Procedure:
Soak rice with 2cup of water and finely grind it after 1hr with same quantity of water..then take a pan put 2tsp of oil add grinded batter in to it then add salt as per taste mix well like a dough .. batter is ready ..
For stuffing1: take a pan add oil then put chopped vegetables ,g.chillies,ginger, and salt saute for 5mins switch off stove add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Stuffing 2:take a pan add greated coconut ,sugar,roasted cashew saute for 2mins..
Now take a small ball of dough make cup shape add above stuffing into it then seal it .. take idli cooker and grease ,put these kozhlukattai in cooker then stream for 15 mins .." our tasty and healthy traditional recipe is ready". "Its vysyas nombulu traditional recipe"
