Recipe Name: Curd Roti(Perugu Rotta)

Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup Butter milk - 2 cups Mustard seeds, channa dhal, moog dhal, asafoetida, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli paste grinded with salt and Groundnut oil.
Procedure:
Soak a tsp of channa dhal and moong dhal for an hour. Take a kadai add one tbsp of oil. Then add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli paste, asafoetida and fry for a minute. Then add soaked dhals and fry till aroma comes. Next add two cups of butter milk and bring to boil. Add chopped coriander leaves at this stage. When it comes to boiling point add rice flour and boil for 5-8 mins. After that mix the batter to soft dough consistency. Then make big lemon sized balls and do like Chappaties and fry on tawa spreading oil on it. Now yummy PERUGU ROTTA that is CURD ROTI is ready to serve.
