Ingredients:
Sliced and boiled yam , tamarind juice , chilli powder , Salt , garam masala , GG paste
Procedure:
Slice the yam and cut into pieces as u require and then boil in water with salt and turmeric powder , then after it is cooked 3/4 th then remove from water and dry it...
Add the dry ingredients
Chilli powder
Salt
Garam masala
GG paste
Tamarind juice
If u need add little rice flour based on your yam magnitated consistency...
Soak the mixture for 30 minutes...
After 30 minutes of rest fry in oil and just toast in tawa , that is as you wish...
