Recipe Name: ANNAM THAVILABILLA

Ingredients:
Cooked rice - 1 cup (or leftover rice) Rice Rava - 1 table spoon Onion - 1 (finely chopped) Green chilli -2 (cut into pieces) Bengal gram dhall - 1 Tea spoon Oil, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, mustard seeds.
Procedure:
In a fry pan, add 2 ts oil. Add mustard seeds and let it burst. Then add bengal gram dhall, green chillies, chopped onion and fry slightly. Transfer into a bowl. Now add cooked rice, rice rava, needed salt, finely chopped curry n coriander leaves. Mix well. Add water if required. Make it into a dough.
Heat a tawa or pan. Take little amount of dough, keep it in your palm and press to make into round shape ( refer photo). Now put it in the pan, add oil on both sides to make it roast.
Now crispy annam thavilabilla is ready to serve. Try out this favourite dish of children which is healthy.
