Ingredients:
Varagarisi - 100grm, Pacharisi - 100grm, Tuvaram paruppu - 100grm, Grained coconut - 1 cup, Red chilli - 6 to 8, Jeera - 1 tsp, Murugakeerai as needed Salt as per taste
Procedure:
Soak varagarisi, pacharisi and tuvaram paruppu for 1 hour then grain all the above mentioned ingredients except murugakeerai as dosa batter. Next murugakeerai in the batter, finally spread in the hot pan and it is ready to serve.
