Ingredients:
Rice rawa-3 cups Besan flour-1 cup Water- 10 cup Coconut grated - 1/2 coconut FOR TEMPERING : oil, mustard and jeera
Procedure:
RICE RAWA PREPARATION :
Soak raw rice for 3 hrs drain and dry in shade overnight. Pound it to rawa consistency.
TAVILLA BILLA PREPARATION :
Take the above mentioned quantity rice rawa and besan flour . Blend together along with the mentioned amount of water in fingers.
* In a heavy pan add oil and tamper with mustard and jeera.
* Now add this mixture of water to the pan along with salt and coconut.
* Stir until upma consistency and store in cool place.
* Apply oil to hands and make orange size balls and then pat like cutlets.
* Toast it in Tawa at medium flame to golden orange color.
GARLIC CHUTNEY PREPARATION :
garlic peeled -1 cup
Red chilli(seedsremoved)-2 cup
salt
*Grind together and add lemon juice to it.
*Oil and mustard seeds for tampering.
