Ingredients:
Ingredients To make Batura Maida 3 cups, Oil 10 spoon, Bread 9 pieces, Curd 2 spoon, Pinch of soda salt. Ingredients to make aloo mutter gobi Garlic 5pieces, Ginger, Red chilly 8, turmeric powder a pinch, onion 3, khus khus 4 spoon. Grind all these to a paste. Cauli flower 1, potato 5, tomato 2, green peas 250 gm, curd.
Procedure:
To make batura
Remove the corners of the bread pieces. Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the batura recipe with hot water and make it like a dough of puri consistency. Let it remain for 4 hours. Heat oil in a frying pan. Make the dough to small circles and deep fry in oil like puri. Batura is ready.
Steps to make aloo mutter gravy
Half Boil potatoes, green peas and cauli flower. Add 2 spoon of oil in frying pan and fry the onion paste. Add tomatoes and fry well. Once done add the veggies, curd and salt to taste. Boil for few mins and add corriander leaves fir garnising.
