Ingredients:
Soak - 1 cup of raw rice, 4 cups of puffed rice, 1 tsp of fenugreek and 1/4 cup orid dhal together for 4 hours
Procedure:
Grind the soaked ingredients, add salt and leave 8 hours or overnight for fermentation, after fermentation give it a mix, heat a pan, add 1tsp oil and pour 2 ladful batter, cover and cook in medium flame, serve hot with onion chutney.
