Ingredients:
Milk,Sugar,Water,Vennila Essence,Rosemilk Essence,China Grass Agar Agar
Procedure:
Soak the China Grass Agar agar in one cup of water for 5 minutes.Then boil the China Grass till it gets dissolved.Boil the milk and add one cup of sugar,add few drops of vennila essence,pour some amount of dissolved China Grass.This is first layer of Pudding. For second layer, boil one cup of water add half cup sugar,add rose milk essence,remaining dissolved China Grass Agar agar.second layer is also ready. Then pour second layer to the top of first layer in vessel.Keep in fridge for 30 minutes. Tasty China Grass Pudding is ready
