Ingredients:
For Gravy : Big Corn - 2 peeled and boiled, Big Onions - 2 finely chopped, Capsicum - Half Piece, Tomato - 4 finely chopped, Green Chili - 4, Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp, coriander leaves. For White Sauce : Milk - Half litre, Maida - 3 tsp, Cornflour - 1 tsp, Butter - 1 tbsp, Pepper and Salt - 1/4 tsp, Sugar - 1 tsp.
Procedure:
For Preparing White Sauce :
Boil the Milk and keep it aside until it gets room temperature. In a bowl add maida, cornflour, pepper and salt, sugar mix it well and add milk to this and mix well. In a pan add butter once it melts add the milk mixture and stir it well until it gets sauce consistency.
For preparing Gravy :
In a pan add oil add green chilli, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste saute it until the raw smell goes off and add chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes saute it well add Kashmir red chilli powder and salt mix it well add boiled corn cook it for few mins add white sauce and cook it well and garnish with coriander leaves .
Toast the Wheat bread with butter and pour the gravy on top of it and serve it hot.
