Ingredients:
Broken kambu - 1 tumbler, water - 11/2 tumbler, onions - 2, green chillies - 2, coconut - 1/2 cup, mustard - 1/2 tsp.
Procedure:
In a hot pan add mustard seeds, after it splittered, add green chillies and onions and add salt and stir well. Add water, when it started boiling add kambu and stir well. When it is cooked well remove from fire and allow it to cool.Add coconut and mix well. Make balls and press it like a cylinder shaped and boil it in a idli cooker for 20 minutes.
Have it with coconut chutney.
