Recipe Name: Thenkai pidichal

Ingredients:
To prepare flour : Pullunga arisi 1 cup, cocount -1 ,Salt - required, grind them like rava texture.. For Karam Thenkai pidichal : Oil- required, mustard seeds- 1 spoon, urad Dal --1 spoon , chilli - 5, tamarind - small lemon size ( squeeze it), curry leaves - small quantity , Thuvaram parupu - cooked With turmeric powder and keep aside For sweet Thenkai pidichal : Jaggery and water
Procedure:
Procedure : Keep the flour in idli plates or big plate and cook them(10 or 15 minutes) until it cooks.. After it cooked cut them in too small pieces.. Karam Thenkai pidichal: Take a pan, put some oil mustard seeds ,urad Dal, Chilli, curry leaves, Add cooked thuvaram parupu , then add tamarind juice after it starts bubbling add cooked Thenkai pidichal(cut) and required salt. . For sweet Thenkai pidichal : Take a big bowl or pan Add Jaggery with water and It should dissolve well when starts bubbling put Thenkai pidichal (cooked and cut) and off the stove once it cooked
