Recipe Name: Thulasi adai with pirandai thovaiyal

Ingredients:
Idly rice 3cups Thoordhal1/2 cup Gramdhal 1/2cup Moongdhal 1/4cup Urad dhal 1/4 cup Redchilli 10nos Jeera 1teaspoon Pepper1teaspoon Asofodetia small pinch Thulasi leaves 30leaves Salt taste as required
Procedure:
Soak rice for 3hours soak all dhals just for one hour, grind the rice along with red chilli, Jeera, pepper, Asofodetia together for 15minutes approx, thulasi leaves, salt and all dhals for 5 minutes Let it ferment for 3 t0 4 hours and make a thulasi adai as following method In a dosakadai after heat take 1spoon groundnut oil, pour one gantai pindi like a dosa size close with a lid flip it in few minutes and adai little drops of oil as needed now ready to serve healthy and tasty thulasi adai
