Ingredients:
Ingredients: Raw rice - 4 cups , Toor daal - 1 cup , Red chili - 2 , Jeera - 1 and half spoon , Pepper- 1 spoon and Oil
Procedure:
1.Coarsely grind both raw rice and toor daal separately with jeera and pepper. 2.Then mix together well. 3.Measure one heap of that mixed flour separately. 4.Heat oil in a heavy pan. 5.Add little jeera and 2 red chilli. 6.For 1 cup of flour - add 2 and half cup of water. 7.At the boiling point,add the flour slowly (so that it won't form any lumps) 8.Stir for 5 to 10 minutes. 9.Then switch off the flame. 10.After it cools, make medium size balls.(Use some water to get smooth balls) 11.Make the rounds flat.(as cutlets) 12.Finally toast in dosa tawa with oil. Yummy thavila billalu is ready😋😋 Onion chutney Ingredients: Big onion - 2 Tamarind - half inch piece(soak in water) Jaggery- small piece Red chili powder - 2 spoon Salt For tampering: Sesame oil Cumin seeds-1tsp Curry leaves 1.Grind all the above ingredients(without water). 2.In a pan,heat 1 spoon of sesame oil. 3.Then add cumin seeds,after it splinters,add some curry leaves and grinded paste. 4.Stir for 2 minutes and switch off the flame. Onion chutney is ready🤩
