Ingredients:
Raw rice, coconut grated, green chillies,curd, little asofetodia, salt. For tempering. Mustard seeds,urad dhal, chenna dhal.
Procedure:
Soak rice for 2 hours. Then take a mixie jar and put coconut grated, green chillies, asofetodia ,salt ,rice. Add curd and grind it finely.first light the gas stove and keep a kadai and pour oil and heat it then add the mustard seeds,urad dhal and chenna dhal. Then pour the batter and stir frequently for half an hour to 45 minutes.. Then take the prepared mixture little by littleand put it in a wet cloth and tap into small round. Now the amarthapalam is ready to eat.
