Ingredients:
Finely chopped arai keerai Idli rice 1 cup Toor dhal 1 cup Red chilli 4 Urad dhal 1 table spoon Mustard seeds Hing Curry leaves Jeera
Procedure:
Soak idli rice and toor dhal for 2 hours. In mixie jar add idli rice ,toor dhal ,jeera , hing ,curry leaves ,red chilli and salt. Grind it like adai batter .In batter add finely chopped keerai and mix it well. Boil that mixed batter in idli pan for 15 mins.keep that idli out and allow it to reduce to room temperature .crumble the idli as you do for idli upma .Then In pan add oil,Mustard seeds ,urad dhal ,curry leaves , redchilli ,upma and salt. Mix it well and saute until the crumbled idli turn hot. Now your delicious arai keerai upma is ready
